  • You have performance anxiety or body image issues
  • You often compare yourself to what you view in porn
  • You experience erectile dysfunction or delayed ejaculation with a partner
  • Your porn use has caused arguments or the end of a relationship
  • Your porn use is escalating to more graphic sites
  • Your use of porn is out of alignment with your values and beliefs

If any of these statements apply to you, pornography may be taking control of your life. Many people are currently facing this struggle.
